Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anthro.Marketing ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Description of Service

Anthro.Marketing is a community platform for discovering and sharing AI-powered marketing workflows ("recipes") built with Anthropic tools. The platform is provided free of charge and is not affiliated with Anthropic, PBC.

User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform (recipes, comments, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Anthro.Marketing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code or harmful instructions
• Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Harasses, threatens, or discriminates against others

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform responsibly and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Use the platform for spam or unsolicited commercial communications

Intellectual Property

The Anthro.Marketing name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Recipe content is owned by its respective authors. The platform is built independently and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, PBC.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated marketing workflows are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed before use in production.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthro.Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at adamweinroth@gmail.com.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
